Medical providers: Effective Feb. 1, 2008, pharmacy services and some drug-related supplies for Children's Community Health Plan members will be reimbursed by fee-for-service. This includes medication that is obtained at a retail pharmacy and/or is self-administered. Download the list of these drug-related supplies.

Coverage of specialty medication provided in a clinic or office setting
Effective January 1, 2009 coverage of specialty medication provided in an office or clinic setting is now covered under fee-for-service.

17-Alpha-hydroxyprogesterone Caproate (17-P)
Children's Community Health Plan is committed to improving birth outcomes. As part of a comprehensive healthy birth outcomes program, CCHP encourages the use of 17-Alpha-hydroxyprogesterone Caproate (17-P) to prevent preterm birth in appropriately selected high risk women.
