Dean Health Plan Southeast is an HMO that contracts with Children's Community Health Plan to provide insurance coverage to BadgerCare Plus eligible families living in Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine and Waukesha counties in Wisconsin. All member services are provided through Children's Community Health Plan.
